|
Energy Saving Products has also improved the design of the Vent Plates. The HE Vent Plate has an outside diameter of 5”, which is the same outside diameter as the Vent Plates used for the standard 2” flex duct. The new HE Vent Plate, however, is manufactured with a removable grill.

| Energy Saving Products Raising the Bar On SDHV Systems |

Energy Saving Products Ltd. released the variable speed mass flow EPC motor
to the Hi-Velocity market in 2007, bringing their customer's energy consumption
down by as much as 50%. ESP's new HE fan coil, which incorporates the EPC
motor, not only provides energy savings, it also gives our customers a greater
flexibility with system design. The new HE fan coil, when used with the new
RPM-E refrigerant pre-piped cooling module, simplifies unit installations with
its multi access design. The RPM-E cooling module was designed to give
the builder more options in unit placement, at the same time minimizing the
installation time, since the TXV, Site Glass, Freeze Stat and Access Ports are
all pre-piped. With the release of the newly designed fan coil and refrigerant
cooling coil, Energy Saving Products has developed even more ways to improve
upon our products, while saving our customers money. We are now proud to
introduce the new Hi-Velocity HE Flexible Ducting system.

responded with the new Hi-Velocity Systems-HE unit that surpasses the 13
SEER plateau. This new unit incorporates a Mass Flow Variable Frequency

The 2007 ASHRAE Show Soon Upon Us
The ASHRAE show is the worlds largest HVAC&R trade show event for professionals
to buy, sell network and learn. this year it is being held in the Dallas Convention
Center in Dallas, Texas.
Energy Saving Products Ltd. will be in attendance at the 2007 ASHRAE show in booth
3177. We invite you down to learn more about our new Hi-Velocity-HE series of
fancoils and our newly designed RPM-E mutli access refrigerant cooling coil. If
you want to get hands on experience with our new products, on display will be
a new HE-70 standard series, HE-52 builders series fan coil and a RPM-E-70 mutli

EPC motor and controller. This new system achieves operating
efficiencies of up to 78% (an increase of 20%+ over the conventional
PSC motor), which no other Small Duct High Velocity (SDHV) manufacturer

| Factory Training Come and Gone |
The factory training was a little more extensive this year as the
new Hi-Velocity-HE units and the EPC variable speed motors were a
hot topic. The attendees this year were a great group and we were happy to
share our knowledge with such people. With the new technology of the
EPC variable speed motors many new concepts in the SDHV had to be
taught. The learning curve of the new systems was simplified with
Energy Saving Products new circuit board and control board.
We look forward to new our next factory training course in the New
Year and hope to see many more new faces joining the Hi-Velocity Team.

The factory training seminar is 1 ½ days of very intense training
covering all aspects of Hi-Velocity Systems, including the manufacturing
process, designing a system, installations and troubleshooting.
Attendees are invited to ask questions throughout the seminar and
take advantage of the knowledge base of Leon and Sean Prevost.

The NEW HE (High Efficiency) fan coils come in the same models that Energy Saving
Products customers have become accustomed to. Capacities ranging from 1.5 ton to 5 ton
cooling and heating capacities up to 140,000btuh. The EPC motor is a mass flow variable
frequency drive utilizing mass flow technology meaning that through a preset program the
smart controller, through a dipswitch program, will be able to supply 1.5 thru to 5 ton air
flow.

| Factory Training at ESP |
|
Factory training is upon us once again and will be held in Edmonton,
Alberta, Canada on October 12th - 13th and October 19th - 20th at the
Energy Saving Products factory. This is a certificate course that earns
the participant a factory certification in the understanding of the Energy
Saving Products Ltd. Hi-Velocity Systems. If you are an installer, this
will also qualify you to be listed on Energy Saving Products factory
trained section of the Homeowners Web page.
We are looking forward to sharing information on the new products
that have been developed in the last year. Many changes have occurred
and this would be an excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with
the new technologies Energy Saving Products will be introducing. Stay

Vents, multi-speed motors, printed circuit boards and low RPM motors
utilizing a forward curve fan design to SDHV products: We are pleased
to introduce the PCE, our second generation of Pre-Piped Refrigerant
Cooling Modules. The multiple access of the newly design coils allows
for placement in any position. You are no longer limited to the horizontal
only position. Our new coil modules are designed to be placed vertically,
horizontally, or even in the counter flow position.

| Energy Saving Products Ltd. C.E.O Speaks Out at ISH 2006 North America |

Leon Prevost, CEO of Energy Saving Products,Ltd. was invited by the RPA Association
to give a presentation on Hi-Velocity Cooling. The Presentation was made during the
recent ISH North America show in Chicago. In today’s market place, consumers are
demanding a superior living style. Mr. Prevost highlighted the importance of indoor
Air Quality (IAQ). Hi-Velocity Systems used in conjunction with radiant floor heating,
supplies the best possible comfort available. While Radiant HEat provides the warm
floor that people associate with comfort, Hi-Velocity Systems provide the best possible
air filtration by conditioning the air in the home. Hi-Velocity Systems continuously
circulate the air thereby not allowing any dead air spots to develop while still
maintaining a 1°F temperature difference from floor to ceiling. Hi-Velocity Systems
can also supply Heating, Cooling, Fresh Air, Humidification, Dehumidification and Air Filtration.
The presentation was very informative to all attendees and made everyone aware of
the possibilities with the combination of both systems and indeveloping a better IAQ.

The ISH North American show is taking Place at the McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.
Energy Saving Products has a mock-up HV System installed in the Radiant House display area
to illustrate the versatility and simple design of our systems.
